All of our rooms are on the ground floor and are en-suite, tea and coffee making facilities televisions with DVD players are provided and there are books magazines and DVD's available.

Terms and Conditions
All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions which we reserve the right to amend at any time without prejudice.
This will help organise your booking and provide you with a clear and concise understanding of our trading terms.
We recommend all our guests take out travel insurance for their protection in case of cancelation.
Prices are normally reviewed periodically. Bookings made at previous prices will be charged at the current rate.
Payment must be made on arrival together with completion of a booking-in form.
A valid Credit or Debit card number, expiry date and security number is required to secure the booking. We reserve the right to charge via the card for "no-show" bookings and cancellations within 24 hours at our discretion (see 5).
Damages may also be charged to the card.
Cancellation charges will be made on the following scale. These take into account losses and potential losses incurred due to declining other bookings at and since the time of your booking
Cancellations made on the day of arrival may incur a 100% charge unless we can re-book the room (see notes on ability to re-book accommodation below)
Cancellations of seven days or less may be subject to a 50% charge (see notes on ability to re-book accommodation below)
Cancellations of more than 7 days notice will not be subject to any cancellation charge
When you book we will ask you for an estimated time of arrival and contact number.
Any variation to the original booking agreement without prior notification will be charged at a rate of £30.00 per person per night.
Non-return of keys will result in a £50.00 charge via the card.
Failure by guests to abide by either these Terms and Conditions or the "House Rules" may result in termination of our agreement without any financial loss to us.
(Ability to re-book accommodation - we would advise you telephone us the day after the date of booking
to find out if we did re-book your accommodation.)
